• Photos and files — images you upload when submitting incident reports.
• Incident reports — descriptions, timestamps, and supporting photos for workplace incidents you report.
• Device information — push notification tokens to send you shift reminders and alerts.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To verify attendance and manage shift records for your agency.
• To send push notifications about upcoming shifts, approvals, and alerts.
• To generate attendance and compliance reports for agency administrators.
• To store and retrieve incident reports submitted during a shift.
• To authenticate you securely and maintain your account.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Your agency — administrators at your registered agency can view your shift records, clock-in locations, and any incident reports you submit.
• Supabase — our database and authentication provider, which stores your account and shift data securely.
• Firebase (Google) — used to deliver push notifications to your device.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as required to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), row-level security on our database, and secure authentication provided by Supabase.

MyShiftProof is intended for use by adults in a professional workplace context. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the age of 16.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or by email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
